The Bathing Ritual: Twice a week, draw a hot bath using 1/2 (2oz) of your Isola Coconut & Sea Kelp bathing salts. Soak for 20 minutes, then dry the skin vigorously to exfoliate everywhere! Be sure to drink plenty of water afterwards. We recommend silk pyjamas and a silk pillowcase to treat your skin with the best fibres!
